1. Acceptance of Terms
By hiring C:\Studios, you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms, you are not allowed to hire us.
2. Service Description
C:\Studios offers custom development services, digital design, consultation, and other technology-related solutions. Specific deliverables are to be outlined and agreed upon prior to commissioning.
3. Payment Terms
- All payments are due within seven (7) calendar days from the date of final approval of the delivered work.
- Refunds are not available unless it is conclusively demonstrated that C:\Studios did not fulfill the agreed-upon scope or failed to meet reasonable expectations outlined in the project terms.
- If payment is made via Robux, DevEx rates will apply. This means that R$10,000 equals USD$33.
4. Legal Remedies for Non-Payment
Failure to render full payment within the specified timeframe may result in the initiation of legal proceedings. C:\Studios reserves the right to involve legal counsel and seek civil or criminal remedies. Additionally, the client will be permanently blacklisted from future collaborations with C:\Studios and its associated partners and affiliates.
5. Modification of Terms
C:\Studios reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Clients will be informed of any material changes, and continued engagement constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
6. Termination of Service
C:\Studios reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including, but not limited to, breach of these Terms of Service, misuse of the services, or legal requirements. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and C:\Studios shall have no obligation to continue providing any services.
7. Limitation of Liability
All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except where explicitly stated in Section 10 (Warranty & Bug Fixes). Under no circumstances shall C:\Studios be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of or related to the services provided. C:\Studios' total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall be limited to the total amount paid by the client for the relevant service.
8. Confidentiality
All sensitive information shared with C:\Studios during the course of a project will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without express permission, except as required by law.

10. Warranty and Bug Fixes
C:\Studios provides a 14-day limited warranty from the date of final delivery. During this period, any bugs or issues discovered that are directly related to the original scope of work will be fixed at no additional cost.
If a previously resolved issue reoccurs within the warranty period due to incomplete or unstable implementation on our part, the fix will be performed unpaid, as we take responsibility for not resolving it correctly the first time.
However, if a resolved issue reoccurs due to client-side changes, third-party interference, or if the bug reappears after the warranty period has expired, any further fixes will require a new commission and will not be covered under the original payment.
